apply on nose; when in contact with water, heat would be generated

Instructions:
1. cleanse and dry the face
2. use DRY hands to squeeze out approx. 2cm of the mask
and apply on the nose
3. uses the finger tips to apply a little water on the mask
4. gently massge for 30 seconds
5. use water to wash off the mask

Recommanded to use twice a week.

cautions:
